Hi, I have problem knees (ligaments etc etc) i have been keeping them well by wearing proper insteps and by being completely lazy. i have started training for FM and trying strengthening exercises but they are beginning to get sore again.. does anyone have any physio folk that they can recommend??

make sure you do lots of strengthening stuff outside of skating - there is loads of info out there on prehab exercises and knee strengtheners. But yeah seek assistance first! And be careful! And get GOOD KNEE PADS!
