Water & lots of it!

Porridge in the morning is a religion!

Stay off the refined sugars~use honey!

Bring down, or cut out your alcohol.

As much fresh fruit & veg(the greener the better) as you can handle.

Start taking a decent multivit on a daily basis & take a zinc supplement~if you have 'old joints' you may want to consider taking a cod liver oil &/or Glucosamine & Chondroitin supplement too.

If you are having protein after training try to avoid shakes high in refined sugar(always read the label!)
If you're making your own shakes use egg & milk instead of whey powder.

The fitter you are the quicker & more you sweat with exercise apparently Zillah!

Aaah yes. i was gonna say Vit C and Zinc tablets from Boots.
I take 2 a day. Can't ever get sick.
Thems the rules.
and as soon as i forgot for a couple weeks there, I got sick!
