Hello - my name is Rebecca, aka Moo.

I'm an ex ARRG skater who has recently been around at training on Sunday's running boot camps.

I'm currently offering one to one training sessions, support and advice from my gym-base in Edinburgh. I'm fully qualified and insured, and have loads of experience training people in the gym to improve their performance on track. Everything is tailored and programmed for each client, and I'll work with you for YOUR needs and goals. I can help you get fitter, stronger and faster, and get the edge over your opponents. All levels of fitness catered for!
