Oh god I went out last night, it took me 45 minutes to go 3 and a half times round the Meadows, and not the bit across the road! I think it is going to take me a lot longer than an hour to do the 10k! xxxxxxxxxx

Don't worry about time at all. The only thing that matters is completing the run. I HATE running and run very slowly. If you come running with the pack this Sunday it might boost your motivation!

Thank Queenie! Am not stressin anymore! Ok, am gonna do my best to not drink too much wine sat night
